We believe in creating a competitive advantage/sustainability/a “MOAT” that can make the world a better place. We can only do this by empowering others. We, therefore, focus on uplifting families through education.

We have created a Knowledge Management platform to allow our staff/the general public to achieve excellence and focus on making the world a better place.

We have resolved to pick two (Male & Female) very bright, talented, innovative and disadvantaged candidates in primary school, educate them through secondary school/ University and ultimately offer them a position to help grow the Nolmoat family. It is through educating families that we can promise a lasting ‘MOAT.’

Our ultimate focus is to continue with this culture in each of the 47 counties.

We also focus on ensuring that all the solutions we provide are within the guidelines that keep the environment green and safe for humanity.
