BCM represents the client’s interests and provides oversight to the entire project directly for the client.

Our mandate is to manage the 3 Tenets of Construction Management for successful completion of the building project:

• The client, who commissions and funds the project.
• The architect/engineer, who designs the project.
• The general contractor, who oversees day-to-day operations and manages sub-contractors.

We assist our client to save cost (by preparing comprehensive Bill of Quantities), have their project completed within the set deadlines, and manage any scope creeps. Our professional engineers work hand-in-hand with all stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion. We comprehensively manage (AUDIT) the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for the client to avoid losses that may arise due to theft and or mismanagement of materials.
